UNIQLO SG 4+

Through online I saw this coat so decided to drop by the store to try out. I am served by Seletar Mall store manager. He taught and helped me to use the app and since all stores had no in stock. He advised me to buy online but pay at the store. And since I don’t know my size he suggested to get two colors and 2 sizes which I can choose from and refund back the excess coat. Anyway, I have to refund both as the sizes are too big and got my money back in cash and re-ordered the correct size. Delivery was super fast, I received email stating that I can collect my coat at the end of the day. So finally, I got my coat the next day. Thumbs up! Recommended!

The new redesign has been long overdue. But as aesthetically pleasing as it is, navigating through the app is a nightmare. Since the overhaul, they have removed many tabs that we once extremely helpful. For one, you can no longer browse “Collections”, and in order to browse by clothing type, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom unlike previously where you could just click a tab and the options would appear by the side.

Another horrible design is that after clicking on an item that you like, when you return to browsing, the app automatically takes your browsing back to the top, meaning I have to scroll down through potentially a hundred or more items AGAIN to get to where I was before. This happens every single time I return from clicking on an item. It’s very frustrating and a huge waste of time and effort.

Lastly, and this might actually be the worst part. Items that continue to appear on the app are constantly and completely SOLD OUT. Not even a single piece or size remains but the item is still listed and there is no indication that the item is unavailable. Why is it still there for me to click on, just to realise that I can’t buy it? Really disappointed time and and time again.

I’ve faced similar challenges browsing on the new website. Please rectify this and restore functionality Uniqlo digital team.

Updated version is very inconvenient to use. The worst thing is if I click on an item that I want to see detail and go back to previous, I reach to the top again and I have to scroll down till I reach where I was. It’s happening whenever I click on an item, and it’s very frustrating and waste of time.
I have never reviewed for any app, but now I am here writing a review as I am a big fan of UNIQLO. I feel disappointed at this updated version of App, and I don’t want to see, search and shop the items through the app.
